We define coaching as an ongoing collaborative partnership built on action.
The goals of each coaching conversation are to assist you in (1) promoting self-discovery, (2) establishing achievable, yet challenging, goals, (3) determining a course of action, and (4) empowering you to achieve your goals.
We meet a couple of times each month. The length and frequency of appointments are determined after the initial coaching session.
By starting a coaching arrangement, you are indicating that you are willing to do and be your best. This is a personal investment of your resources and demands your best work.
During the coaching relationship, you may share future plans, business dealings, and other proprietary information with a me. I do not at any time, either directly or indirectly, use any such information for my own benefit. We do not give out the name of any Client as a reference without their consent.
- Define the base line (where are we?)
- Establish the personal vision (where do we want to be?)
- Define the goals (what do we want to accomplish?)
- Identify the barriers to success (what is not working? missing?)
- Design an action plan (how are we going to get there?)
- Work with specific and timely feedback (challenges for growth)
- Deliver on your plan (accountability)
Too, sometimes we have a particular issue and one session may be sufficient to enable us to become unstuck, call and let’s talk.
